Our mission is to reduce stigma and encourage open conversations about mental health. Through interactive workshops and outreach programs, we help build a stronger, more informed community. Join us in Hagerstown, Maryland, for educational events that inspire hope, understanding, and empowerment. Together, we can create a mentally healthy and supportive community for everyone.

A large share of untreated mental illness is not a shortage of services problem — it is a recognition problem. People do not seek help because they do not recognize what they are experiencing, do not know what treatment actually involves, or expect to be judged for asking.
Our community education sessions address that directly. We provide clinician-led presentations to organizations across Washington County and the surrounding region, in plain language, without sales content.
Sessions can be tailored to a specific concern an organization is facing.
Most sessions run 45 to 90 minutes, including time for questions, and can be delivered on site anywhere in the Hagerstown area or virtually for groups across Maryland. Longer workshop formats and short lunch-and-learn segments are both available.
Every session is led by a licensed clinician. The content is educational: it does not diagnose individuals, and it is not a pitch for our practice. Attendees leave knowing what to look for, what to say, and where to go — here or anywhere else.
Call (240) 413-1255 or email the office to discuss a session for your organization. Tell us your group, roughly how many people, the time you can allocate, and what prompted the request, and we will propose a format that fits.
