Alexandra Boursiquot
CRNP-PMH
Alexandra Boursiquot is a compassionate and highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (CRNP-PMH). She has nearly a decade of healthcare experience. Her medical journey began in Cuba, where she trained as a medical doctor. This background gives her a well-rounded, holistic perspective on every patient she serves.
Today, Alexandra leads Positive Pathway and Wellness Center. She believes mental health care should be both clinically excellent and genuinely human. She takes time to understand each person’s full story. She listens carefully before recommending a treatment plan, and she partners with patients rather than dictating to them.
Our clinic offers trauma-informed, outpatient psychiatric care to individuals and families in Hagerstown and across Maryland. We combine psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and therapy with the flexibility of telehealth, so quality mental health care fits into your life. Above all, we strive to create a safe, welcoming space where every patient feels respected, heard, and supported on their path to wellness.

My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward lasting wellness.
I’m Dr. Annick Sheron Kelly, DNP, CRNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I’m dedicated to personalized, evidence-based mental health care. I believe every individual has a unique story, and meaningful treatment begins with listening. I take time to understand your experiences, strengths, values, and goals. Together, we create a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.
I have more than 13 years of healthcare experience in behavioral health, public health, healthcare leadership, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every patient encounter. My philosophy is simple: the best care is built on trust, collaboration, and respect. You’ll be an active partner in every treatment decision. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies that support your immediate concerns and your long-term wellbeing.
Whether this is your first time addressing mental health challenges or you’ve been searching for the right provider, I am committed to helping you. Together, we’ll work to find hope, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Treatment Approach
Exceptional mental health care is about more than prescribing medication. It’s about understanding the whole person. I use a collaborative, evidence-based approach. This includes psychiatric evaluation, medication management when appropriate, psychoeducation, supportive psychotherapy, CBT-informed techniques, motivational interviewing, and practical lifestyle strategies to help you achieve your goals.
Every treatment plan is individualized because no two people are alike. I create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel safe asking questions, sharing concerns, and taking part in decisions about your care.
Healing is more than reducing symptoms. It’s about rediscovering your strengths, restoring hope, and creating the life you deserve. If you’re ready to take the next step toward better mental health, I would be honored to partner with you on that journey.
